- Non-Conformity-, Change- and Document Management in SAP (process/ method/ material/ equipment)
- Enact a problem-solving process to ensure a fact based and data driven Root Cause Analysis and countermeasure identification
- Ensure compliance through thorough documentation and timely actions in collaboration with Quality Assurance
- Adopt & optimize production processes to improve quality, increase yield and lower cost for the respective product
- Establish, maintain and continuously improve control loops for the respective product
- Degree in Natural Science or Engineering OR apprenticeship with experience in a related field
- Know How in a programming language (R, Python, Matlab e.g.)
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, Six Sigma green belt and background in statistics are an asset
- Fluent communication skills in English and good knowledge of German
